The total investment of this project exceeded 8 billion Yuan. It covers an area of 65 ha, with a floor area ratio of 1.59, and a green rate of over 50%. The headquarters base has a gross floor area of 1.40 million m2, including 500 buildings, about 30 clubs and 5-star level Maya Business Hotel, apartments and supporting business facilities. At present, the western area of the headquarters base has been completed and put into service, and 300 large enterprises have been settled into the park.
